PRECIOUS METALS RETURN POLICY

At WALTERS AND KOCH INDIA PVT LTD , we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and transparency. Due to the nature of precious metals and market volatility, our return policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business integrity.

 General Policy

• All sales of physical precious metals are final. This includes bullion bars, coins, and other investment-grade products, powder, sponge
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, except in cases of error or damage.

Exceptions

We will consider returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Item Received: If the product delivered does not match your confirmed order, which is weight and purity and wrong product.
• Incorrect Item Received: If incorrect purity and mesh size.
• Damaged in Transit: If the item arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or compromised.
• Packaging Errors: If the product is missing authentication documents, certificates, or tamper-evident seals.
• NOTE COLOR AND TEXTURE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN EXCEPTION.

To qualify for an exception:

•  Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
•  Provide photographic evidence of the issue.
•  Retain all original packaging and documentation.

Authentication & Inspection

Returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to verify:

• Authenticity and integrity of the metal.
• Unopened, un-tampered packaging.
• Compliance with the original purchase specifications.

If the item fails inspection, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Market Price Adjustments

Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal prices:

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued based on the costs price at the time of return approval, not the original purchase price.
•  A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover handling and administrative costs and shipping costs.

Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items.
• We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
• WALTERS AND KOCH INDIA PVT LTD and subsidiaries is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
